Student Responsibilities
1.1 The student acknowledges that they are responsible for the composition of their own essays. Apex counselors will guide, edit, and refine essays to the highest standards, but will not write on behalf of the student, as it constitutes academic dishonesty.
1.2 Apex Admissions is not responsible for checking the student's work for plagiarism. It is expected that students will adhere to the principles of academic honesty and present counselors with original writing.
1.3 The student is responsible for maintaining effective communication with their assigned counselor. This includes scheduling and confirming sessions within the agreed-upon timeline and promptly responding to feedback.
1.4 The student must complete the essays included in the purchased package within the agreed-upon timeline with Apex Admissions, once a counselor has been assigned for those essays.
Cancellation
2.1 The first cancellation or non-attendance of a scheduled lesson with less than 24-hour notice will not be deducted from the student's package. However, any subsequent cancellation or non-attendance of a scheduled lesson with less than 24-hour notice will be deducted from the student's package.

3.1 Clients are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation occurs before the assignment of a counselor for the designated package, typically within 48 hours of payment.
3.2 Clients are eligible for a 90% refund if the package is cancelled more than 24 hours before the first scheduled session. A 10% counselor reservation fee and service charge will be deducted.
3.3 Clients are eligible for an 80% refund if the package is cancelled within 24 hours of the first session and at least 24 hours before the second scheduled session.
3.4 Clients are not eligible for a refund if they cancel the package within 24 hours of the second session or at any later time. It is recommended that clients consult with Apex Admissions to ensure the selected package aligns with their needs.
3.5 Apex Admissions reserves the right to cancel any service provision or event for any reason and at any time at our absolute discretion. In the event of such cancellation, clients will be entitled to a refund for the services that have not yet been provided at the time of cancellation. However, any part of the service that has already been provided and/or expenses that have already been incurred will not be refunded.
